The rules we hold ourselves to
- No trial that turns into a charge
- There is no free trial to forget about. The 10 free AI requests every month are the trial.
- Cancel as easily as you subscribed
- Cancel in the app, or in the web app on this website, under More > Account and plan: two taps once you are signed in, with no call and no questions. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds on any charge
- Ask within 14 days of any charge, first payment or renewal, and you get a full refund. No questions asked.
- Reminders before renewals
- We email you at least 30 days before a yearly plan renews, and once a year on a monthly plan, with the date, the amount and how to cancel.
- No surprise price changes
- The price of an active subscription never changes without 30 days' notice and the chance to cancel first.
- One simple counter
- Each successful AI search, AI ideas or Body & nutrition coach request counts as one. Failed requests don't count. The count starts again each month (First day of each calendar month, 00:00 UTC).
- A limit stated up front
- 200 requests a month is a fair-use cap on Plus, stated here before you pay.
Questions
What happens when I run out of AI requests?
AI requests pause until your count starts again next month (First day of each calendar month, 00:00 UTC). Everything else in the app keeps working exactly the same.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Everyone signs in with an email address and a one-time code; there is no password. Your account is what lets your workouts sync between your phone and the web app. Pack Workout is for people aged 16 or older.
If I cancel, do I lose my workouts?
No. Logging and sync are free, so your workouts stay in your account. Cancelling only ends the Plus features at the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Request it in the app (More > Account and plan), or email support@lobolift.com. Within 14 days of a charge you get a full refund to your original payment method. After that you can still ask, and we'll review your request. The Refund Policy has the details.
Can the price go up?
Not for an active subscription without 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Will I pay tax on top?
No. Prices include any sales tax or VAT, so the price shown is the total you pay.
Do you show ads on the Free plan?
No. There are no ads on any plan, and no advertising or tracking software in the app or on this website.
